Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, has received the Amrop-ET India’s Best Boards Award under the Mid-cap category. The criteria considered are financial performance (Economic Value Creation), board effectiveness (Board Governance Assessment Survey) and investor perception.
