“Golden Peacock Award For Excellence In Corporate Governance - 2019’’

In recognition of excellence in Corporate Governance, the Institute of Directors (IOD), India declared, “The Indian Hotels Company Limited” South Asia’s largest and most iconic hospitality company as winner of the Golden Peacock Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance - 2019’. The Award was received by Mr. Beejal Desai – Senior Vice President & Company Secretary in the presence of a distinguished gathering of business leaders during IOD’s “19th Annual LONDON GLOBAL CONVENTION on CORPORATE GOVERNANCE & SUSTAINABILITY" being held on November 13 - 16, 2019 at London.
