Mandatory furnishing of PAN, KYC details and Nomination by Shareholders holding shares of the Company in physical form
Pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2023/70 dated May 17, 2023 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2023/181 dated November 17, 2023 , all the shareholders holding securities in physical form are requested to mandatorily furnish PAN, Postal address with PIN code, mobile number, bank account details and nomination/opt out of nomination.
The folios wherein any one of the above cited details are not available on or after October 01, 2023, shall not be eligible to lodge grievance or avail any service request,
unless such details are furnished in complete manner.
Further, after April 01, 2024, such folios will also not be eligible to receive dividend in physical mode.
SEBI has introduced the following forms to standardize and simplify the processing of investor services requests by RTAs:
